If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment more than 48 hours notice is required, otherwise the client we be liable for 50% of the fee. The client will be charged 100% of the fee if the appointment is missed or under 24 hours’ notice is given. Payment is by cash or Bacs and is due at the end of each session. Deposits is required at the time of reserving an appointment.

Fees Face to Face and Virtual

For individuals sessions are from £50.00 – £55.00 (50mins).

For Couples and families session fees are from £65.00-£75.00 (50 mins) £950.00 (1hr 30mins).

Terms and conditions are different for organisations who require invoicing. Non-payment of fees may result in counselling being suspended and legal action being taken
